A merger between two very long standing and prestigious Real Estate Offices in 1990 formed what is now the CENTURY 21 Gold Castle Firm. When the management and sales staff of CENTURY 21 Gold Realty and Castle Realty (BOTH very respected firms) came together under the CENTURY 21 Gold Castle umbrella an explosion happened. The firm quickly grew within 3 years to 4 offices covering the entire Oklahoma City Metroplex, with over 100 real estate agents providing exceptional service to both Buyer's and Seller's! The former owner, Mike Wills, decided to retire from the real estate business in 1997. He sold 3 of the 4 offices to their respective managing Broker's, maintaining one office located in Yukon. Due to health reasons in 1998, it became necessary for Mr. Wills to sell his last remaining interest in the CENTURY 21 Gold Castle Firm. Rodney Burgamy along with partner Joe Brennan agreed to purchase the final franchise from Mr. Wills. The firm now operates an office at 3627 NW Expressway serving the Greater Oklahoma City Metro and an office at 812 South Mustang Road serving both the Mustang and Yukon communities.
